What the 2026 Budget covers
The 2026 Budget includes:
- Financial projections for 2026–27, with indicative estimates for 2027–28 and 2028–29
- Investment to improve REC services, including service quality, resilience, and delivery capability
- Funding to deliver our programme portfolio and the services managed on behalf of industry
- Internal resourcing to support safe, effective delivery
This is a delivery-focused Budget, designed to maintain stability where it matters and invest where it adds long-term value for industry.
