Join our event: Industry action to support vulnerable consumers

Update: The event scheduled for October 17th will now be held virtually. We made this decision after considering the availability of participants and the feedback we received.

We invite you to join the webinar, where we will provide an update on RECCo’s ongoing consumer initiatives, with a focus on the Priority Services Register. Your input will be crucial in supporting these initiatives and in developing RECCo’s strategy for 2024-2027. We will also be joined by several industry speakers who will discuss their work on data sharing to address consumer vulnerabilities.

Please watch for a separate invitation to the revised ASE event later in the year. This will be an opportunity for us to collaborate, share ideas, and make necessary preparations for the upcoming ASE event.

We appreciate your understanding and flexibility. If you have any immediate questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact our team at Communications@retailenergycode.co.uk.

What happened at the previous event?

On 5th July 2023, we invited professionals from across the energy industry, charities and citizen representation groups to an event at Capgemini’s Accelerated Solutions Environment (ASE).

The event aimed to collectively identify how we could address consumer issues, including those arising from energy affordability, energy consumption and lower income available for energy bills.

You can find the previous event summary and session outcomes here. You do not need to have attended the July event to register for the next event in October.

Who’s attending?

We’re inviting leaders and stakeholders across the industry to join this event. We’re pleased to have representatives from the following companies joining us:

  • Vulnerability Registration Service
