Help shape our 2025-28 Strategy and Forward Work Plan

We’re in the process of developing our Strategy and Forward Work Plan for 2025-2028, and we want your input!

What’s new?

This year, we’re taking a new approach by separating our Strategy document from the Forward Work Plan. The Strategy will outline our medium-term direction and will be published periodically, guiding our efforts over the next few years. The Forward Work Plan, on the other hand, will be updated annually, providing detailed financial projections and reflecting our current priorities and needs.

How can you get involved?

We value your insights and would love to hear your thoughts early in the planning process. If you’d like to meet with a member of our strategy team to share your views or ask questions, please register your interest here.

In addition, we’re hosting a webinar in November to present an overview of the Forward Work Plan and gather your feedback. If you’d like to attend, submit your details here, and we’ll notify you when the date is confirmed.

Key dates and involvement opportunities
