We’re pleased to present our second Quarterly Report for 2025-26, which provides a clear update on our progress against the three strategic priorities outlined in our Forward Work Plan 2025-28. It also outlines how our services are performing against contracted Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators.

Progress against our key priorities 

In 2025-26, we’re focusing on three core priorities:

  2. Protect: Consumer Protection & Data Security
  3. Progress: Innovation & Market Facilitation

The Q2 Report outlines achievements in Q2/2025 and sets out what’s ahead for Q3/2025, with a continued focus on strengthening service delivery and anticipating future market needs. Our primary focus remains on enhancing our current services for stakeholders and supporting the evolving needs of our stakeholders.

Meeting our commitments  

We’re pleased to confirm that in Q2/2025, we achieved the following milestones:

REC Service performance 

We’re responsible for procuring and managing REC Services that enable the efficient functioning of the retail energy market. To ensure these services operate effectively, we closely monitor each provider’s performance against contractual Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators.

This report features a dashboard view of core service performance, giving stakeholders visibility into service outcomes and areas for improvement. We’ll continue refining our reporting based on your feedback to support transparency and accountability.
