We want to hear from you! Take part in our survey

Our annual survey is now live! All REC Parties are invited to participate and provide feedback about our REC services.  We want to hear about your experiences with the REC Code Manager, the Electricity Enquiry Service (EES), the Energy Theft Tip-Off Service (ETTOS), the Green Deal Database, and Metering services.

Our goal is to improve the retail energy market for participants and consumers. That’s why your feedback is so important – by listening to our stakeholders and addressing their concerns, we can ensure that day-to-day practical needs and market interests are met.

The survey will take 10 to 15 minutes to complete (depending on your answers), and all feedback will be confidential unless you agree otherwise. You’ll receive a digest copy once we publish our final results as a thank you. We really appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts.

Researchcraft is conducting the survey

Researchcraft – an independent market research company – is working alongside QRS to send and manage the surveys on our behalf. Both companies are bound by the Market Research Society’s Code of Conduct.  You can review their privacy policy here and our privacy policy here. Researchcraft may contact REC Parties by phone to complete interviews and increase survey participation.

Importantly, Researchcraft and QRS will erase all contact details from their systems within 12 months of you completing the survey. Your responses will only be analysed by Researchcraft and QRS Research employees and will never be passed to a third party. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.
