As RECCo transitions to the licensed Code Manager model, the Operational Assurance Lead will work within RECCo’s established Performance Assurance framework to plan and deliver assurance reviews across service providers and selected areas of RECCo’s internal operations.  help establish and operate a risk-based assurance framework that provides confidence to leadership, stakeholders and regulators that RECCo is meeting its licence obligations, Code responsibilities and performance commitments.

Working closely with internal teams and service providers, the Operational Assurance Lead will transform assurance, performance and risk information into clear, actionable insights that support continuous improvement, accountability and effective decision making.
