Share your experience of REC Services

RECCo’s 2026 Annual Stakeholder Satisfaction Survey is now open.

If you use or engage with REC services, we’d like to hear about your experience. Whether things are working well or you think there’s room for improvement, your feedback will help us understand what matters most to stakeholders and where we could focus our efforts in 2027-28.

What the survey covers

The survey covers the following REC services:

  • REC Code Manager
  • Enquiry Services
  • Energy Theft Tip-Off Service (ETTOS)
  • Green Deal Database
  • Metering Services

Take part

The survey takes around 10 minutes to complete and will close on 16 October 2026.

It is intended for external stakeholders who use or engage with REC Services.

Take part in the survey now

Researchcraft is running the survey independently on RECCo’s behalf and will collect responses securely and confidentially.

Turning feedback into action

Feedback from previous surveys has helped RECCo decide where to focus its improvement work. Last year’s findings informed priorities in our latest Forward Work Plan, including work to modernise the Enquiry Services and strengthen Metering Services.

Once this year’s responses have been analysed, we’ll use the findings to plan further improvements and work with our service providers to deliver them.

Get in touch

For technical or access issues with the survey, please contact Jian Chen Tiong, who is managing its day-to-day delivery.

For generally survey enquiries, including how your feedback will be used, please contact the Corporate Affairs team.
