Our direct and outsourced services are constantly being developed to support our stakeholders. Our work programmes focus on improving our services and driving positive change in the retail energy market.
We currently procure and manage six services that are key to the operation of the retail energy market. This includes services that were launched or migrated when the Retail Energy Code was created in 2019, and the Central Registration Service and Gas Enquiry Service, which were integrated in the Summer of 2022 as part of Ogem’s Switching Programme.
Our goal is to achieve ‘Service Excellence.’ This involves collaborating closely with our service providers to ensure that our services are efficient, effective, and meet the high standards expected by users.
