Our work Programmes focus on improving our existing services and preparing for the future, aiming to drive positive change in the retail energy market. Presently, we are working on Programmes to reduce energy theft, transition to a more intelligent energy system, and implement Pre-payment Meter Levelisation, which will have a positive impact on some of the most vulnerable in society.
