About our role: What you’ll be doing

This is an entry-level development role designed to support the day-to-day delivery of Corporate Affairs activity across RECCo. You will work closely with colleagues across stakeholder engagement, communications, events and people & culture, helping ensure routine tasks including team reporting and insight analysis is delivered smoothly and consistently.

The role is designed to be broad and varied, giving you exposure to multiple disciplines within a corporate environment. You’ll support planning, coordination, administration and content delivery, while building practical experience and confidence over time.

As RECCo grows and our engagement footprint expands, this role plays an important part in keeping things running efficiently while ensuring stakeholders and employees continue to receive a high-quality experience.

 

 

Your day-to-day

  • Supporting delivery of Corporate Affairs activity by completing routine and operational tasks accurately and on time
  • Maintaining records, contact lists and team databases (such as RECCo’s Stakeholder Relationship Management system) to support stakeholder engagement activity and insight reporting
  • Preparing engagement meeting packs, briefing notes and coordinating the teams monthly stakeholder engagement report to support team and executive activity

Supporting the Digital Communications and Marketing Manager by collecting and reporting on channel performance data, using insights to inform and improve communications activity

Stakeholder engagement and communications support

  • Assisting with the administration of stakeholder engagement plans, surveys and campaigns
  • Supporting the preparation and publishing of approved content across digital and internal channels

Events and external activity

  • Supporting the planning and delivery of events, including venue research, materials preparation and on-the-day support
  • Assisting with logistics and coordination for meetings, workshops and engagement sessions

People and culture support

  • Supporting internal communications activity, including publishing approved intranet content
  • Assisting with onboarding communications and internal coordination for new joiners
  • Providing administrative support to internal engagement activities and social initiatives

Learning and development

  • Building knowledge and skills across corporate affairs disciplines through hands-on experience
  • Actively seeking feedback and development opportunities to grow capability over time

 

About you: What you'll bring

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage tasks accurately and reliably
  • Clear written communication skills, with attention to detail
  • Confidence using common digital tools (e.g. Microsoft Office / Teams) and learning new systems
  • An interest in data, reporting and data insights
  • A proactive approach, with willingness to take ownership of tasks and ask questions when needed
  • Ability to work collaboratively with different people and teams
  • Interest in developing a career in corporate affairs, communications, stakeholder engagement or people-focused roles

 

PLEASE NOTE WE WILL INTERVIEWING FOR THIS ROLE IN APRIL/MAY WITH A VIEW TO A START DATE IN JUNE/JULY
