On 8 September 2026, we responded to Ofgem’s consultation on guidance for the Data Domain Coordinator role. RECCo supports the broad direction of the proposals and recommends a federated framework that builds on existing governance arrangements, with clear responsibilities, decision-making, escalation, and funding.
