On 1 October 2026, we responded to Ofgem’s consultation on proposed modifications to the Retail Energy Code Code Manager Licence. We support the proposed changes, which provide a clear and practical basis for moving to the licensed Code Manager arrangements while maintaining continuity through the transition.
