Have your say: Our 2026 Annual Stakeholder Satisfaction Survey goes live this month

RECCo’s Annual Stakeholder Satisfaction Survey opens from 8 September 2026, giving stakeholders the chance to share feedback on their experience with REC Services.

RECCo’s Annual Stakeholder Satisfaction Survey opens from 8 September 2026, giving stakeholders the chance to share feedback on their experience with REC Services.

The survey is run by Researchcraft to collect responses independently, securely, and confidentially.

What does the survey cover?

The survey will ask stakeholders to share their views on REC Services, including:

  • the REC Code Manager
  • the Enquiry Services
  • the Energy Theft Tip-Off Service (ETTOS)
  • the Green Deal Database
  • Metering Services

Why take part?

Your feedback directly influences the way we work. By completing the survey, you’ll help us understand what is working well and help shape REC Services.

Last year’s feedback directly informed actions in our latest Forward Work Plan, including:

  • Modernising Enquiry Services to improve resilience, performance, and flexibility.
  • Improving Metering Services through a clearer CoMCoP and stronger Metering Assurance.

What happens next?

  • The survey opens with a staggered approach from 8 September 2026.
  • Researchcraft will invite stakeholders to complete the survey by email and through Committee meetings.
  • The survey will close on 16 October 2026.
  • We’ll work with service providers throughout 2027–28 to deliver improvements based on the feedback we receive.

We encourage all invited stakeholders to take part. Your feedback will help us understand where REC Services are performing well and where further improvements could make the greatest difference.
