Our response to: Review of Gas Transporter traditional metering licence conditions

We supported the extension of existing obligations as an interim measure but suggested that the additional 12 months would be insufficient given the current pace of smart meter installations and should instead be tied to a metric based on the number of installed smart meters/demand for legacy metering.
