On 27 June, we submitted our response to Ofgem’s Consultation on the Code Manager Licence Conditions and the appeals process to the Competition and Markets Authority. While broadly supportive, we highlighted areas needing refinement to ensure effective governance, proportionality, and strong consumer outcomes.
