On 6 February 2026, we published our response to Ofgem’s consultation on its Forward Work Programme 2026–27. We support the draft programme, particularly its focus on consumer protection and debt and affordability, while urging clearer milestones, timelines, and accountability so industry can better understand priorities, dependencies, and delivery impacts.
