REC Portal Relaunch Community: Supporting the REC Portal relaunch

Our new REC Portal Relaunch Community webpage is now live on our website. It’s the place to share your ideas, give feedback, and get involved in shaping the new REC Portal.

The REC Portal Relaunch Community webpage

Our REC Portal Relaunch Community webpage brings together stakeholders, Capgemini, and the REC Code Manager team in one place. The aim is to collaborate on a modern, intuitive, and connected REC Portal, ready for relaunch in September 2026.

I’m excited to be working closely with users to shape the REC Portal Relaunch. By building on lessons learned and involving people from the start, we’re making sure the new portal is shaped around your needs, delivering a simple, intuitive and effective experience for all.

John Brignell, Product Owner

REC Portal Relaunch

The relaunched REC Portal will be the main channel for stakeholders to manage their data, access REC Services, and interact with the Code Manager. It’s part of our vision to deliver a modern, integrated, and user-centric digital environment. The portal will simplify interaction, promote engagement, and drive efficiency.

Capgemini is our REC Portal relaunch partner. They’re designing, building, and operating the new integrated digital ecosystem that will power the relaunched REC Portal. Their expertise in making complex systems simple will help us create a connected, intuitive, and future-ready platform for our stakeholders.

REC Portal Relaunch Community

We’re currently in the discovery phase, which will last until October 2025. During this time, we’ve kicked off the REC Portal Relaunch Community to co-create the best possible user experience for the relaunched REC Portal.

The REC Portal Relaunch Community is the way you can get involved. Share feedback and ideas on the portal’s design, usability, and features. Take part in testing and try out prototypes. Tell us what works well today and what could work better tomorrow. Connect with other REC Parties to share experiences.

You can choose how to participate: join online discussions, participate in testing sessions, or simply stay updated on progress.

If you missed our kick-off webinar, watch the recording and download the presentation to learn more.
