On 6th September, RECCo responded to Ofgem’s consultation of the non-domestic market review.
RECCo are supportive of the move to include a broader set of non-domestic consumers into the protections afforded by regulation. We also agree that more can and should be done to improve standards within the Third Party Intermediary community that will ultimately drive better consumer outcomes. These findings of the non-domestic review chime with the initiatives that RECCo is undertaking to help improve practices and procedures.
